Preorder Policy

How the Preorder Works

The Pieces of Him™ Founders Collection is offered as a limited First Edition preorder. When you reserve, your payment is processed immediately and your puzzle is allocated to the production run.

Preorders for the Founders Collection close on August 15, 2026. After that date, no new reservations can be accepted for this First Edition run.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Puzzles are produced after the preorder closes and ship in approximately 2–4 weeks. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your puzzle leaves our studio.

Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your preorder any time before the preorder closes on August 15, 2026 by emailing hello@piecesofhim.com with your order number. Once production begins after the close date, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Refunds

Preorder payments are refundable through August 15, 2026. After production begins, all sales are final except in the case of damaged or defective items.

If your puzzle arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to inventory availability.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and Canada via ✨ Daydream Delivery™. Flat rates are $8.95 for 1–2 puzzles and $12.95 for 3–4 puzzles. Every order is wrapped as though it's being sent to someone special... because it is.
