Preorder Policy

How the Preorder Works

The Pieces of Him™ Founders Collection is offered as a limited First Edition preorder. When you reserve, your payment is processed immediately and your puzzle is allocated to the production run.

The Founder's Preorder is now open. Orders are batched for production, and reservations are accepted until a production batch closes. Order now to be included in the next production batch.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Puzzles are produced in batches and ship in approximately 2–4 weeks after a production batch closes. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout and a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your puzzle leaves our studio.

Cancellations & Changes

You may cancel or modify your preorder any time before the next production batch closes by emailing georgette@dynamiclifeenterprise.com with your order number. Once production begins on that batch, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

Refunds

Preorder payments are refundable until the next production batch closes. After production begins, all sales are final except in the case of damaged or defective items.

If your puzzle arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item at no additional cost, subject to inventory availability.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and Canada via ✨ Daydream Delivery™. Flat rates are $8.95 for 1–2 puzzles and $12.95 for 3–4 puzzles. Every order is wrapped as though it's being sent to someone special... because it is.
